His expertise covers sourcing, supplier management, logistics, production planning, sustainability, and quality management, with extensive experience supporting supply chain operations across the region.
Victor holds a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Management Studies in E-Business from the University of Waikato, New Zealand.

Celia has over 10 years of experience in Asia market entry and exit, supply chain management, sustainability and ESG, as well as project management with a focus on organizational transformation.
She is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional with extensive experience supporting companies in navigating market expansion and operational transformation in Asia.
Celia holds a Master of Science in International Project Management from the University of Strasbourg, France, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, China.

He has extensive experience overseeing project delivery across Asia, with specialized expertise in steel fabrication and high-precision components, as well as a proven track record in the consumer electronics and telecommunications equipment sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from North-Eastern Hill University and a Master of Business Administration from Assam Institute of Management in India
